Deposits

  1. If you have paid a deposit for the class, you must pay the balance in full prior to the class starting.

Payment Plans

  1. We will not enter into a payment plan for anyone outside of Australia.
  2. If we have entered into a payment plan with you, you are NOT considered to have completed the class for the purpose of pre-requisites for other classes until all monies have been paid.

Refunds

  1. All monies will be refunded on request if the request is made before the class minus an administration fee of AUD40 or 5% of the class fee, whichever is greater.
  2. There will be a refund 50% of class fees if a refund request is made up to half way through the class, minus an administration fee of AUD40 or 5% of the class fee, whichever is greater.
  3. No refunds will be given once the class has been delivered more than half way.
  4. No refunds will be given after class completion.
  5. If you have made a deposit and have requested a refund prior to the class, you will be refunded your whole deposit minus an administration fee of AUD40 or 5% of the TOTAL class fee, whichever is greater.

Return of Manuals

  1. If you choose to leave the class, then you must return all class manuals.
